Follow the procedure
for the main accessible seals during film changes or between dives will
give you the best chance of keeping you internal equipment dry. But this
in itself will not be enough. Equipment that is not used will need replacement
of seals within a couple of years. If after a dive a rinse has been missed
or hurried, or even a heavy silt dive could be enough to warrant a professional
service. So always clean the accessible seals get it serviced regularly
(18months - 2 years maximum) always rinse very thoroughly and if any damage
occurs at least have it looked at most repair Companies only charge a
small inspection fee.
